Industrial/Organizational Psychology
The need for applying psychology is continually important to creating a healthy workplace. As business has gone more global, organizations increasingly recognize the need to address family and personal issues with employees as well as the specific cultures around the world and within companies. This degree will help prepare you for a number of roles within organizations and the military, including productivity issues, helping people through closures, supporting employees on international assignments, and dealing with counterproductive workplace behavior. You’ll also be prepared to apply basic psychology competencies, such as data analysis, employment, training, counseling, team building, and several other areas. This specialization provides pre-doctoral training and builds practitioner-oriented competencies.
