The Online University Consortium (OUC) has reported a substantial increase in the number of quality programmes on offer since it was founded over four years ago. It says there are almost 25 per cent more quality courses on offer now than there were in 2004.

Britain is still a nation of budding entrepreneurs, despite economic troubles in the US.
